National Friendly : So, why the change and why now?

Well, as a friendly society, everything we do is for our members. And this change is no different. Working closely with you in 2008, we undertook a year-long research process which highlighted that our brand should be altered to better reflect the outstanding values you associate with us.

We also need to present our products and services to new customers and with the old name and logo it was getting harder and harder to stand out from the crowd.

Armed with these facts, we set about transforming our image accordingly. We hope you agree that the result embodies both our historic values as well as keeping the society vibrant and moving forward, reaching more and more new members.

It also brings us right up to date with the great products we provide. Products like our unique Healthcare Deposit Account that offers both cost control and premium certainty, together with flexible cover that builds up your deposit account should you not claim.

In today’s uncertain climate, our new brand continues to focus us on our members and their needs. This is, of course, very important to us as a friendly society which has no shareholders, but instead uses our profits for the benefits of our members.

A new look. A new name. And that’s the main difference. We’re still the same company, focussed on delivering great products and services to the same people – you, our members.
